Redmore strengthens the Performance Center with Anneke Olthuis

Redmore strengthens the growth of the Performance Center by appointing Anneke Olthuis as Manager Business Development. Olthuis will be responsible for further growth and successful execution of projects within the Performance Center (PFC).

The right knowledge and experience
With her background in Account Management and Strategy & Innovation at Rabobank and her recent experience at Deloitte, Anneke brings a unique combination of skills and expertise to her new role, says Mirjam van Genderen (Manager Performance Center): “Her deep knowledge of the financial sector and her ability to find innovative solutions to complex challenges will be valuable to the team and our clients.”

More efficient, faster, and more flexible
In a tight labor market, the Performance Center provides clients such as banks, insurers, pension funds, and government institutions with the assurance that they can scale up their operations or project environment when needed. This includes flexible and scalable support on topics such as mortgages, insurance, pensions compliance, and social schemes. Olthuis sees great opportunities to provide tailored solutions with the Performance Center: “Our approach is highly flexible, we have a large pool of highly educated consultants with deep market knowledge, and a fully equipped location in Utrecht, allowing us to get project teams up and running quickly. These are important ingredients that help clients effectively respond to rapidly changing market conditions.”

Wtp and KYC high on financial service providers’ agenda
Current examples of challenges where the Performance Center supports clients include the implementation of Wtp (Wet toekomst pensioenen) and KYC (Know Your Customer). Van Genderen expects significant challenges and is keen to highlight the Performance Center’s track record with similar cases: “We know that pension funds have a big task ahead with the Wtp. Additionally, KYC remains a hot topic for our banking clients. The transition to a new pension system and efficient management of KYC processes are both expected to result in strong fluctuations in workload for banks and pension organizations. The PFC has proven over the years that temporary or structural support for such processes and projects not only relieves stress but also improves performance and efficiency.”

Wtp requires an interdisciplinary approach
Olthuis and Van Genderen also anticipate challenges for the Wtp transition, including adequate mastery of the new rules and products by staff. Olthuis: “Especially when it comes to a change that also requires action from the customer, it is important that pension specialists are adequately trained, can explain the changes well, and can truly activate participants.” Van Genderen adds: “The quality of data, processes, and thorough testing of system user-friendliness are also crucial. Altogether, communicative specialists, business change managers, and IT professionals are needed for a successful transition. Within the Redmore group, we have all these disciplines in-house and available for the Performance Center.”
